Our priority is to provide a healthy, safe environment for our families and staff.
Prior to arriving at CASA, we ask each family member to conduct a daily health check before coming to the building. Should any member of the household have the following symptoms, we ask that you remain home and notify CASA:
Fever of 100.4 or higher, today or in the previous 72 hours. Child and staff temperatures will be taken upon arrival to Asbury.
Cough
Sore throat
Muscle aches
Difficulty breathing
Anyone presenting any of the identified symptoms will be asked to leave CASA (staff immediately, children within one hour). Return to C.A.S.A. will be allowed 72 hours fever free without use of fever-reducing medicines.
Drop off/Pick up: Will occur outside in the covered walkway. Children and the individual dropping off the student will be screened and then the child escorted to their classroom by a staff member.
All adults are required to wear a face mask, including parents dropping off or picking up, staff members and church staff.
In addition to encouraging good hygiene during the day (children frequently washing hands), CASA staff will have bottles of hand sanitizer in every classroom and stations are available throughout the building.
